This café in Watford sat within a conservation area, occupying a listed building. Handling the planning process, we facilitated the owner's vision of expanding the café by merging it with the adjacent unit. All three applications were approved, and we crafted a 3D interior design for the café, fulfilling the client's wish for a cozy, warm atmosphere reminiscent of an old-fashioned home.
